Hey,
new to shopify. I needed to submit the Legal documents for identity verification, had a company name attached to the account and I submitted the documents. Tried to change to the correct legal name (my name) for the identity verification but it kept saying server error. cleared all cache and cookies. nothing seems to work.
it says “identity identification for (company name)”, even though i tried to change my account name back to my legal name. any idea how to change it back?

It’s not possible to change the Shopify Payments account owner name within the admin itself for security reasons. Not worry, our Shopify Payments team can help change this with you easily though.
