Why am I getting a shipping error for Canada orders?

I keep having this error occur when trying to ship to Canada, but I have Canada set up in the shipping and markets .

“This order can’t be shipped to the address you entered. Review your address to ensure that all fields have been entered correctly and try again.”

You need to ensure that Canada is included in your shipping zones, and the zone also has shipping rates present inside it.

Thanks for reaching out. As @sniper2804 mentioned, you need to ensure that you’ve added Canada as a shipping zone, and that there are rates set for that zone.
