Our company is getting a Too Many Attempts Message. (See on Left. Ignore the cute dog.)
We have cleared the cache and this is still happening. Other people have had this issue, and it seems to be something that Shopify itself needs to fix. We are not able to sell anything due to this problem. Someone please help.

It looks like there is a code that in running forever. Have you tried opening a new theme and check if is the same? You can also check your console.log for errors

I understand that your company and customers are receiving the above error message at checkout: Too many attempts. Please try again in a few minutes. I know this is not ideal as it’s preventing customers from making it to checkout and completing their purchase. Rest assured, I’ll point you in the right direction to ensure this is looked into and resolved.
Since you’ve cleared your cache and cookies and multiple customers are able to replicate the issue, this does not seem to be a local issue. Could you please provide a timeframe of when this first occurred and if you made any store changes that could have contributed to this?
Once you’ve identified the timeframe, I recommend reaching out to our support team via the Help Center so you can provide them with this information. When reaching out to our support team if you can reproduce the screenshot of the issue and include the Request ID which can be found at the bottom of the screen. Our technical team may be able to take a closer look at your store’s admin/settings and abandoned carts. I recommend this option as we are unable to authenticate your account or provide account-specific information via our Community Forums.
