Why am I getting a 'we don't ship to that address' error message?

Occasionally a client will reach out saying there was an error message saying “we don’t ship to that address”…which we do. I looked at other solutions on here, and have the location set up and it says we ship from there. Any other ideas about what it could be?

Thank you for reaching out! I am sorry some of your customers are receiving errors in the checkout.

There can be a few different reasons why this error may be showing in your checkout. The main one being that not all of the products in the cart are in a shipping zone set up to serve the country or state that the customer’s shipping destination is in. It sounds like you have checked this and it is not the reason so the next few things you should look into are, your default packaging, if your using Carrier Calculated rates the default package may be too large, too heavy or too small to meet the carriers required weights and dimensions. Your default package could also be set to a carrier specific packaging and no other rates will appear. For example, if you have USPS priority mail flat rate box set then only USPS Priority mail rates will appear. Also, if you use manual price or weight based rates, please double check you have a rate set for every condition.
