Firstly hello , I got white screen when i clicked sing up and login. Then i opened the phone tried same way but when i log in on the phone i didnt get white screen but my pc and phone has got same connection what is it reason . can you help me guys please

firstly thanks for support but I even reset the modem,change dns option,updated chrome , tried cmd list finally closed anti-virus but nothing has changed i didnt find source of the problem. it is opening shopify when i connected with mobile data bu when i closed pc and again try with wifi i come across same mistake

Thanks for letting us know what troubleshooting steps you’ve tried so far. Since none of them worked, except when you connected to a different internet source (in this case your mobile data), we can tell that the problem is with your wifi or internet service provider. I suggest reaching out to them to have the issue investigated and fixed. In the meantime, you can continue using your phone to work on your store, either through a browser or the Shopify mobile app, or you can use your phone as a mobile hotspot and connect your computer to your internet data.
