Thanks for reaching out here. I understand that you’re having some trouble updating your cart. We can definitely look into this together.
May I ask if the same issue persists on multiple devices? If not, it is worth clearing your cache and then try to refresh the page before testing again.
If the issue persists on multiple devices, did you recently make coding changes to your theme or add any apps that relate to the cart? If you’ve made coding changes to your theme, it’s possible that these are causing the error. To test this, you can see if the same error occurs on a ‘fresh theme.’ To do so, you can go to Online Store > Themes > Theme Library. I then recommend downloading a free theme and testing if the same error occurs when adding products to your cart.
If everything works as expected on the fresh theme, then you can try rolling back to a previous version of your theme files. However, in order to do this, you will need to be able to identify the file that was previously modified.

Thank you for your reply! Changing themes actually worked. I changed to a new theme and I could add any product to my cart. I changed back to my original theme and the problem came back, so the problem is actually my original theme.

Thanks for getting back to me. I’m happy to hear that solved the problem! This is a very good step toward narrowing down the issue.
May I ask which theme you’re using? If you made coding changes to your original theme, you can try rolling back the theme on that particular file. Have you made other customizations to your theme as well? If so, this method will allow you to keep those, while fixing the issue with your cart.
If you haven’t made any customizations, it’s possible that the coding from an app could be impacting your theme as well. Did you add any apps related to the cart?

I’m using the Dawn free theme for now, I didn’t make any coding changes to my original theme. I just downloaded a free theme and customized it
