I cannot purchase shipping labels, getting error message “There was a problem buying shipping labels”. Tried on two different orders. I cleared my cache and cookies. The error message does not have a link or other information

Having the same issue - anyone heard anything from shopify? Orders are piling up, hard to run an online business without shipping
