Why am I getting an error when buying a domain through Shopify in the UK?

Hi, Im based in the UK and trying to buy a domain name through Shopify but after numerous attempts attempts , still showing me a error code (please try again). can anyone help ?

I’d like to take a closer look at this to see what might be happening when you try to purchase a domain.

Would you maybe be able to share a screenshot of what happens when you do so?

I’d also like to check to ensure you’re using a supported browser at the moment, and that browser is up-to-date.

If you can, check if you can complete this purchase using a different browser, device, or even internet connection.

That will help us to narrow down where any issue might be coming from and help us to move to resolve it.
