Trying to import a CSV to my shopify store, but I cannot get this imported. I keep getting error message invalid header. Full error message is:
There was an error importing your CSV file. After you fix the error, try importing the CSV file again.
Attached is the CSV I’m trying to get downloaded.
Hi Raiden, when you import a CSV file, the headers must have the names that Shopify expect. This help article should help you: https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/products/import-export/using-csv#csv-file-description
In your sheet, the column where the header says “ItemTitle” should probably be renamed to “Title”. You will also need to fix other column’s header names as well. The help article I linked have a list of header names that you have to use in your csv file.
