Welcome to the Shopify Community! I can see this is your very first post. Are you brand new to Shopify?
I understand you are trying to import a CSV file into your Shopify admin, but are seeing errors. I’d be happy to help you troubleshoot this. You mentioned that you are getting an ‘unquoted error’ - would it be possible to show the exact error you are seeing? A screenshot or even a copy & paste of the error text would be helpful.
Based on the file you have attached, I am assuming you are trying to import an Inventory CSV file. This file is used to update the inventory amounts for each product at your various locations.
I had a look at the file you provided and it appears that the structure of the spreadsheet is incorrect, which is likely why you are seeing errors when trying to upload it. The Inventory CSV file needs to have specific columns, be in the correct UTF-8 format and have the .csv extension. In your file the headings are missing and the layout is not within the required specifications. Here’s an example of a correctly formatted file:
I would recommend checking out our Inventory CSV Structure document here and familiarizing yourself with what is required in the file. You can actually export your current Inventory CSV file as a template, and use that file to edit & update the inventory quantities. You can then import this CSV file back in to your admin to update Shopify with the inventory quantities for each product in each location. You will find the Export/Import options in the top right corner of the Products > Inventory section of your admin.
We generally recommend using Google Sheets to view and edit the formatted version of your CSV file, as it tends to cause the least amount of issues. Feel free to follow my above instructions and let me know how the next import goes. It would be a good idea to test this with a single product first, just so you get used to the format and process, and you can then repeat with more products at once.

I’m not actually able to see any screenshots or attachments in your post, perhaps you could try posting it again?
In order to make the Inventory CSV file compatible with Shopify, you will need to ensure it adheres to the specifications that I mentioned above. The most important of which are the different columns that are required.
The best first step to take here will be to export your current Inventory CSV file, and use that as your new template. You will need to copy the information from the old file over to the new one. There will be some work involved, and you may have to copy & paste each section at a time, however it will be necessary if you wish to import it successfully into the Shopify store.
Just to double check - can you confirm if these products have already been added to the store, or are you actually trying to add new products as well as update the inventory for them? Keep in mind, the Inventory CSV is only meant to be used for updating the inventory of products that already exist on the store. If you are trying to add new products, then you should use the Products CSV. This file will still have a strict structure and layout that you must adhere to.
