Why am I getting charged for shipping despite qualifying for free shipping?

I am at the “Shipping” section of my checkout page. The order total surpasses the amount required for free shipping however it always adds £3.89 for shipping. I have spoken with support in live chat and they could not find the reason. In “Shipping and Delivery” it appears that I have not made a mistake.

Does anyone know of the potential cause for this? Is there anything I may have missed either within the Shipping Zone charges applied to my store or within any other section of my admin?

For the record I have tried the checkout on 4 of my devices and had the same problem on each one. Yet when the live chat assistant copied my order they did NOT receive a shipping charge and successfully gained free shipping on the order. Thank you to anyone providing assistance here.

Thank you for letting us know that you have already been in touch with our Support team. Am I correct in saying that we could not find a solution? Or we could not replicate the issue? If we could not replicate the issue, it makes me think that your shipping profiles are set up correctly, and the issue may have to do with your browsers or devices. I suggest that you try and clear your cache/cookies from your browser, restart it, then try again.
