I always select Broad Audience,

From a marketing and customer experience management point of view, your site could use minor improvements. What geographical area are you located in and what location are you serving? I typically work with United States-based businesses to ensure proper language and easy-to-read verbiage present a professional image for your viewers. Grammatic and spelling errors leave me wondering about the quality of the products while photo and graphic choices and proportions make me question the overall experience.

There could be a number of reasons why you are getting a lot of traffic to your Shopify store from Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok ads but not seeing any sales. Some possible explanations include:

  1. Poor website design or user experience
If your website is difficult to navigate or doesn’t look professional, visitors may not trust your brand and may not want to make a purchase.
  2. High bounce rate
A high bounce rate indicates that visitors are leaving your site quickly after arriving, which could be a sign that your website is not providing what they are looking for.
  3. Not targeting the right audience
Your ads may be reaching a large audience, but if they are not the right people for your products, they are unlikely to make a purchase.
  4. Lack of product information
If your product pages don’t provide enough information about your products, visitors may not feel confident enough to make a purchase.
  5. High price point
If your products are priced too high, they may not be affordable to your target audience, which could be why you are not seeing any sales.
  6. Not having a clear call to action
If your website or ads don’t have a clear call to action, visitors may not know what to do next.
  7. Poorly optimized checkout process
If your checkout process is complicated, time-consuming, or not secure, you may be losing potential customers.

It is important to analyze your store’s data, and customer feedback and conduct user testing to identify the root cause and come up with solutions.
