I had products on my store, I connected Pinterest and the catalog went through fine. Now I am adding products and getting nothing but errors and the new products dont show. They do show on FB though. Below is Pinterests response to me and a ss of the errors. Any ideas? help? Thank you!
Error 4028: We see this error is due to the Pinterest crawler being blocked on the website.
Solution: Please allow a list the Pinterest crawler and that should resolve the issue. You can know more about the Pinterest crawler using this link: Pinterest crawler.
Why would it be blocked now? We havent changed anything on the site.
Error 4059: You have not translated product titles and information for multiple international Shopify stores.
Solution: Please provide translation as needed for each feed. For more information, visit the Shopify Help Center.
When did this become a thing I need to do for Pinterest? None of my other products are translated yet loaded fine.
Alert 4029: Some additional images cannot be found.
Solution: Check for any issues with your additional images’ URL formatting or your hosting site before your next update.
I am using the same process and image types I used with other products from Printful.
Alert 4057: This just means that a couple of products did not successfully sync to Pinterest. To fix this, just follow the steps in this article. If you get to see this Alert repeatedly be rest assured that your products made available to the Pinterest Sales channel have synced on our end.
