I’m attempting to publish a store’s products to Pinterest for the first time but get a 113 error for every product:
Some items have price value formatting errors in product metadata, so those items will not be published. Enter price values for all items or delete items that are missing price values before your next update. Formatting should follow the standard ISO-4217 code for your currency. Example: ‘1.00USD’ or ‘1.00 USD’.
I’d appreciate some assistance with this, I’m not a programmer or highly technical. The store is judithedwardswhite.com and currency is AUD.
Welcome to the Shopify Community! Sorry to hear you’ve been experiencing troubles publishing your products to Pinterest. From what I can understand, you’re experiencing this error inside the Pinterest app, correct?
If this is the case, the best thing you can do is reach out to Pinterest directly to get their support. This is a third party app not supported by us at Shopify, but is fully supported by Pinterest. I’ll share the best way to contact them below:
