I appreciate that you have included your online store URL as that is very helpful! Looking into the URL that you have provided, I noticed that you are currently not using an announcement bar. This is a great tactic to use to help encourage your customers to make a purchase, you can inform them of any ongoing free shipping offers or discounts that you may have available. You can add this directly to your online store by navigating to the Theme Editor and selecting on the header section. You should then see the option to add the announcement bar to the top of your homepage.
You have a beautiful store, by the way! I did notice that you have a section that has not yet been edited on the homepage. This can drive some customers away due to the website not looking finished. I took a screenshot from my view to show you the section I am referring to:
