Good morning, so my store is getting traffic mainly from Facebook and instagram ads but I’m getting no sales (had store around 2 months), I’m in the middle of doing product descriptions (taking forever) I’ve recently redesigned my homepage after some advice on here, I also know I need to sort SEO but not completely sure how to do it. Also as I’m dropshipping (cjdropshipping) in the product descriptions it says about Asian sizes being smaller, do I need to keep that in descriptions? And I’m sure all the different way of sizings like cm/yards/T will put people off as it’s confusing, how would you go about the sizing size of it? Ideally I’d them all in months and years to make it easier for customers but again not sure how to go about this as don’t want to get it wrong as customers end up with wrong sizes. Really need this to work as had to leave my job in December due to ill health.
thank you for reading. Posted link to see if anyone can help.

Hi there, @Adorableattire . Thanks for taking the time to reach out to folks here I the Shopify Community with your questions. My name is Imogen. It’s good to meet you!
When you’re getting traffic but not getting sales, it’s a good idea to explore your business as if you were a customer to see if you can identify any potential roadblocks stopping them from completing their orders. Are your menus easy to navigate? Are all of your buttons working as expected? Does your website look like the sort of website that someone could trust to fulfil their orders? Are your shipping rates loading as expected in your checkout when adding shipping info? Do payment methods appear in the checkout as expected? These are all things I recommend folks look into if they’re getting traffic but no sales. We have a guide here that talks all about capturing your first sale, and what sort of things you’ll want to do to make sure you’ve got yourself set up for success!
As for your product descriptions, you should tailor them so they include information useful for SEO and for conversions. You’ll also want to make sure that the information contained in them is localized to the markets that you’re shipping to and servicing.
When it comes to how you talk about sizing, that decision is up to you! A good way to determine how you could think about setting it up is looking at how the areas you plan to ship to do their sizing, and then adjusting your sizing to fit that.
