Topic summary
Core issue: Store owner reports ~300 new visitors in a day from Facebook ads but 0 sales, and requests feedback on what to improve, sharing a store link.
Resources shared: One reply recommended a guide on converting traffic into sales; the owner confirmed they will read it.
Access problem: Another participant could not reach the provided store URL and asked for a corrected link, limiting direct site review.
Potential causes outlined (without site access):
- Pricing may be uncompetitive (shoppers find cheaper elsewhere).
- Targeting may attract the wrong audience from ads.
- Focus on traffic rather than conversion optimization (turning visitors into buyers).
- Missing social proof or content (customer reviews, detailed product info, strong images).
- Underused channels such as SMS marketing (text-message outreach).
They also linked an article explaining these issues in depth.
Status and next steps: No concrete on-site feedback yet due to the broken link. The owner plans to review the suggested resources and is expected to share a working store URL. Discussion remains open with root causes unconfirmed pending further information.
I think you should have a look about this article, 300 traffics/day is a good signal, this article will tell you how to convert them to sales.
Hope it helps!
Thanks for answer,i will definitely have a look at that page you provided me.
hi @levisastore
Unfortunately I am unable to reach your store page through this link.
Perhaps there was a typo and you could share again?
I will try and answer in the meantime - there can be several reasons why you aren’t converting any of these sales - perhaps it is the price that isn’t just competitive enough (they found same one somewhere else for cheaper), focusing too much of getting traffic on your site and not conversions, targeting and attracting the wrong audience, not showing customer reviews or detailed enough product information or pictures, or not leveraging the correct marketing strategy (such as SMS marketing, for example).
Here is a great article why you might not be making sales - definitely worth a read for a more thorough answer.
Hope this helps! ![]()
