Hi!
I’ve had now some hundreds of visitors but no sales.
What do you guys think the problem is?

Issue: A store owner reports hundreds of site visitors but no sales and asks for feedback on their Shopify site.
Requests for info: One responder expresses empathy and asks for more details about the store and products to diagnose causes.
Key recommendations (from a contributor with CRO—conversion rate optimization—expertise):
Media: Multiple images are included to illustrate layout and design suggestions.
Outcome/status: No decisions or changes confirmed by the store owner yet. The thread remains open pending more store details and potential implementation of the suggested CRO and marketing actions.

"Hi,
I’m so sorry to hear that you’re not seeing the sales results you hoped for. I understand how frustrating that can be. There could be a few reasons why this is happening. Could you tell me a bit more about your store and products? Knowing more about your business can help me suggest some solutions.
Looking forward to hearing back from you,

Garcia here from PageFly, a Shopify Advanced Page Builder app. I think your business’s site is beautiful but I have some comments for your collection page. Based on my knowledge as a CRO, I’d like to recommend the following to you, especially on the Product Pages - where will generate sales:
1. Add a CTA button to the Collection Page
The CTA button is essential for catching the client’s attention. Without clear CTAs, users could find it challenging to grasp how to make a purchase or sign up for a subscription.
Adding a CTA button to the products on the Collection Page will make the difference in conversion rate, and also, in sales.
2, Consider to use “Load More" Instead of Endless Scrolling and Pagination
Loading more buttons offers a middle ground between infinite scrolling and classic pagination. This option consists of a button at the bottom of the page that will feed more content when clicked, giving the user the simple decision to see more results or to reach the page end.
3. Highlight the Add to Cart button in the Product Page
Users who visit a product page are presented with a variety of items competing for their attention, including product photos, descriptions, cross-sells, and banners. Confusion and irritation can result if the main “Add to Cart” button is missed in this sea of information.
Your “Add to Cart” button is not highlighted right now. You might try giving your add to cart button more color or different design.
4. Consider to connect social media to your store (e.g: Instagram)
In order to highlight your products and increase sales, you can make shoppable Instagram feeds.
On top of that, one of the best strategies to raise conversion rates is to include a shoppable Instagram Shopify. Your customers may shop directly from your Instagram feed, increasing revenue.
5. Get benefits from the holiday season
By following these instructions, I hope you can raise brand recognition, improve website traffic, and enhance sales during your next promotional campaigns.
Cheers!
