Why am I locked out of my store due to billing errors?

I need a life support number I could not get through to talk to anybody about my Shopify store it has some billing issue that has me locked out of my store that is not correct I built both my stores and they both have free trials so they shouldn’t be charging one store $400 and not the other one and it shut down my store I cannot get a live person or through chat I need to talk to somebody!

Have you tried reaching out to Shopify’s customer support team? They will assist you with your issue and provide you with the necessary support.

Also, please check your billing settings and ensure that everything is set up correctly.

It is some error from my phone my app and everything it will not do
anything but say too many directs when I try to push the phone to contact
support so I have to try to do email cuz even the live chat will not do
anything but just keep kicking me back to the help center ##- Please type
