Hey @Lcmrmshop .
Thanks for reaching out.
I appreciate that you have provided your online store URL for us to take a look and explore! Looking into your online store, I noticed that the header navigation menu Shop our Collections is not clickable nor does it show the available collections in the store. You could potentially add more collections to the navigation menu as well to allow customers to see what is available without having to select a drop-down menu.
I did also notice that you do not have a favicon added to the homepage. A favicon is a small browser image that displays on the browser tab and represents the business/company. This can add a polished look to your online store! You can add a favicon to your homepage by following this guide here.
You can also add a slideshow section to the homepage to make it more engaging and interactive. You can strengthen your brand by adding your favorite product or best seller to the slides. This is a great way to showcase your products to your visitors without requiring them to scroll.
Let me know what you think.
If you can help me, I will appreciate
Hi @Lcmrmshop ,
I noticed that when I first go into your store your banner covers the whole above the fold area, however, you can’t click on it. That might make your visitors leave before they can look at your products.
The different collections below the banner are in a color that is barely visible, try changing it to a more noticeable color.
I hope this helps,
