You have to ask yourself, would you buy from a site like this?

Hire a web developer to fix your site and make it look professional

Make a strategy for your business (what is your goal, what niche do you want to operate in, who do you want to serve)

Hire a branding consultant to get your branding / mission / social media strategy dialed in (or spend some time researching this and make a strategy)

Think of how you can be different / provide value. Are the products unique to your brand? Perfect, showcase that and advertise. Are they dropshipped products? Then figure out how to differentiate yourself, why would someone buy from your site instead of another site or Amazon or ali express?
