I’ve taken a look at your website and it really does look fantastic! There are two things that come to mind when viewing your shop that I believe will increase your conversion rate.
- Currency conversion application: When I noticed the price point of your products, I could see that it was listed in India Rupee. Comparing the number in USD will seem like a high ticket price and, even though it is clear that the currency is India Rupee, it’s psychologically triggering an expensive price tag in the mind of a buyer outside of India. I would suggest installing a currency conversion app that will automatically detect the local currency of your visitor and adjust the pricing accordingly. The customer will still checkout in the currency you have set in your shop but they will be able to estimate the conversion exchange.
- Fill and/or reduce your menu dropdown: When a customer hovers over the “SHOP” dropdown menu, it looks rather empty. I encourage you to fill it with more categories OR reduce the width of it by moving the “By Occasion” category below “By Pattern”. I’d also suggest moving the “Contact Us” page beside “About” as opposed to nestling it in the dropdown menu. It’ll fill up your header with trustworthy pages that are likely to increase the time spent on your website.
As for your advertising campaigns, I would suggest taking a look at our Sales Channels in India here for more guidance on where/how to market your products.
I hope these tips help. If you have any other questions, please let me know.
Cheers!
