Hi @FoamAndFizz

I think your store should setup some discount bundles like

It will more attractive customer to buy the large amount. The BiDeal Bundle Volume Discount can do it free for you and no coding.

Let try it

Hi @FoamAndFizz

After checking your website, I would like to share you two opinions you can check to see if can be helpful for store content optimization:

  1. I fail to see a clear product and collection page when firstly accessing your homepage. You can consider optimizing the title of navigation bar on homepage and make different category pages display clearly, as it is good for search engines like Google to crawl and index pages and know better what you sell after optimizing.

  1. When I google your website, I notice some page contents, especially meta descriptions, are not displayed in full in search results. This may affect users experience if they prefer to find your products via Google Search and feel harder to know product details. Your meta title is optimized very properly, and it will be better for your sales I believe after further optimizing the length of meta description (150 characters recommended).

I took a close look at the store, and you’ve already done a pretty good job @FoamAndFizz . About the overall design, I’d have some comments from my POV:

1. No strong product focus above the fold:
The first hero banner about the product/discount lacks a clear CTA. Add a visible “Shop Now” button and showcase some bestsellers directly.

2. Trust elements need reinforcement:
While reviews exist on product pages, the homepage lacks visible social proof. Consider replacing generic quotes with real customer testimonials, photos, or videos. Adding lifestyle photos in the “Indulge Yourself in Luxury” section would be powerful.

3. Navigation:

  • The top announcement banner isn’t sticky

Screenshot_6.png

  • Header: Instead of putting all collections under Home, consider breaking them into collections.

  • Footer: need to make shipping and return policies stand out more.

4. Social media is incomplete:
Your IG link is broken and may hurt shoppers’ trust when they discover more about your brand. Please reconnect and update social platforms to build credibility and long-term traffic.

Lastly, you might consider improving traffic quality as well. Paid ads helps, but things like unique content on social media/communities or SEO gives sustainable & organic traffic. Good luck!

Just a quick shameless plug: if you ever feel like letting a smart little SEO sidekick do the boring optimization stuff for you, our SearchPie SEO app might just be your new best friend. It helps benchmark SEO elements (like meta tags, broken links, etc.), how to fix them (and yes, it has automation tools to get some fixed real quick), and many more for you to discover. :slightly_smiling_face:

@FoamAndFizz also, since you’re running ads daily, it’s worth digging into the traffic insights more thoroughly: check things like bounce rate, time on page, what devices or pages users are landing on (via your ad platform or Google Analytics). For example, if most visitors leave in under 10 secs, the issue might be mismatched expectations or even poor targeting. So, until conversion rate improves, you’d better dial back ad spend a bit and relocate budget toward store improvement or testing organic growth channels.

Cheers.

Hi @FoamAndFizz ! It’s Tracy here from BON Loyalty, the essential loyalty app for Shopify businesses.

I am sorry to hear that you’re having some difficulties in generating sales. Upon reviewing your online store, here are some key takeaways and my suggestions to help improve the current situation:

1. Unclear branding for the core product
I read your comments, saying that your brand focuses mainly on handmade natural products (the soaps, facewash). Tho organic and chemical-free products have been a trend; there has been lots of well-known brands stepping in this category. So, the competitiveness is tough! What you can do to win a piece of cake from this competition, is to clearly promote your products to your targeted customers. What makes your soap or facewash different from those that are already available in the market? Are there any special ingredients or techniques that you want to highlight in the production of your product? I cannot find these things from your current online store, and it did not appear as a handmade brand to me.

Another noticeable point you should consider, is to use only one identical logo for your products. You can play with the name, color, but the logo plays as a identity for your brand that makes customer remember about you.

2. Generic Message
Your hero banners (“Start Your Glow Journey,” “Why Your Skincare Deserves a Touch of Nature”) are pleasant but vague. There’s no strong emotional hook or problem-solution statement. Refine your messaging to something more specific and benefit-focused:
Example: “Tired of dry, sensitive skin? Discover small-batch soap that heals, not harms—crafted with nourishing botanicals.”

3. Low Trust Signals
Your homepage and product page is missing customer reviews, testimonials, and certification for the ingredients. People hesitate to buy skincare without social proof or visible safety assurances. What you can do is adding a review section with customer images and quotes., or displaying any ingredient transparency, certifications (e.g. cruelty-free, handmade, organic), or media features if available.

4. Review your marketing campaign
Spend sometimes to search for trends of you rproduct category, and how customers are talking about these product. I ran a quick research, and came up with these two trends:

  • Natural, Organic, & “Clean Beauty”: Consumers are actively avoiding sulfates, parabens, artificial fragrances, and synthetic dyes. Products with simple, transparent ingredient lists (e.g., goat milk, charcoal, tea tree, neem) are more trusted.
  • Eco-Conscious Packaging: Sustainability matters: zero-waste packaging, recyclable materials, and plastic-free options are big selling points. Many buyers now factor in brand values—they want to align with ethical, environmentally-friendly practices.
  • Skincare Personalization: People are moving from one-size-fits-all to products tailored for specific concerns: oily skin, acne-prone skin, dry patches, etc.
  • Men’s Grooming Growth: Men-specific branding (simpler, darker packaging, and problem-solving copy) is under-served by many artisanal brands.

Use these to creat your own marketing campaign to target the potential buyers.

  1. Finally, if you haven’t yet, consider adding a loyalty or referral program. Rewarding simple actions—like email signups, product shares, or first purchases—can boost conversions and keep customers coming back.

Hi, I’m Wayne from Akohub. We have been working with many brands to run online stores. After viewing your website, I believe our expertise could add value to your business.

To bring more orders to your website, a combined strategy of ads and retargeting campaigns can be very effective. Dynamic ads attract new visitors by targeting potential customers based on their interests and behaviors, while retargeting campaigns remind those who have already visited your site but didn’t make a purchase to come back and complete their order. This approach keeps your brand top of mind and gently nudges interested shoppers toward conversion, increasing the chances of turning browsers into buyers.

I noticed you are currently missing a loyalty program widget. Loyalty programs are powerful to encourage repeat purchases by rewarding customers for their ongoing engagement with your brand. When customers earn points, discounts, or exclusive perks, they feel appreciated and are more likely to return. This not only boosts your conversion rates but also reduces customer churn, helping to build a loyal customer base that chooses your store over competitors.

To implement both strategies, I recommend trying our Ako marketing App, which streamline the process to launch retargeting campaigns that bring visitors back to your store and set up a loyalty program without hassle. By combining these features, the app empowers you to create a more personalized shopping experience that drives sales and fosters long-term customer relationships.

Best wishes! If you have any more questions or need a free professional consultation, feel free to let us know! Don’t forget to like and mark it as a solution if you find this helpful.

Hi @FoamAndFizz [email removed] Getting traffic but no conversions despite daily advertising is frustrating. After reviewing foamandfizz.in, I’ve identified several technical and user experience issues that are likely preventing sales

Critical Issues Affecting Conversions:

  • Site Performance Problems: Your site has poor Core Web Vitals, particularly CLS (Cumulative Layout Shift) showing red metrics. This creates a janky, unstable browsing experience that drives customers away before they can complete purchases. Page loading times between sections are also slow, causing friction in the shopping journey.
  • Navigation Issues: Your menu structure is limited and doesn’t provide easy access to collections or a comprehensive product overview page (like collections/all). Customers need multiple pathways to discover products, and restricted navigation hurts product discovery.
  • Content Strategy Gap: While you have some blog content, the posts are too short and basic for effective SEO. Longer, more comprehensive content about bath products, skincare routines, and ingredient benefits would attract more organic traffic and establish expertise.
  • Technical SEO Foundation: The performance issues suggest broader technical SEO problems that could be hurting both search rankings and user experience.

Quick Fixes to Implement:

Prioritize fixing the site speed and stability issues first - they’re conversion killers. Expand your navigation menu to include direct links to collections and product categories. Develop more comprehensive blog content that provides real value to customers.

To address these efficiently: Tapita: SEO Optimizer & Speed offers a comprehensive free plan that can resolve your CLS issues, improve loading speeds, and provide technical SEO audits. Tapita AI SEO Blog Builder is completely free and can help create detailed, SEO-optimized content about bath and body care that attracts organic traffic.

Fix the technical foundation first - your ads are working to drive traffic, but the site experience is failing to convert visitors!
