Hi @Wictane ,
Kate here from the PageFly Shopify Landing Page Builder App. With my knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), I think that one of the reasons your ads do not work is your store has not been fully optimized. Ads can bring traffic to your store, but it is the on-page SEO that converts it to sales.
Here are a few key areas to consider:
HOMEPAGE
1. Hero Banner
Your current hero banner is very informative with the tagline and the discount number. However, it could be even more attractive if you arrange them with a clear visual hierarchy. The headline now is too close to the edge and is not aligned to other texts “Limite-time Sale” and “Upto 20% OFF”. You can try adjusting the alignment of each text and its position.
For instance, you can follow the F-layout. Visitors first read the page in a horizontal direction, mostly along the upper part of the content area, then move down the page and read across a second horizontal line. By arranging your content this way, customers can easily read the content and make purchases.
2. Featured Product
It’s great that you display the featured products on your homepage. Yet, I think it would be better if you could adjust the product image size so that visitors can see it just in one screen fold. You can also take real-life images of your art hanging on the wall. Nothing can win customer’s trust better than showing them the products in real space.
Current media: The image size is too large
Suggestion: You can take photographs of your art hanging in different rooms in the house.
3. Product List
There are many products displayed on your home page. However, I see that there is no Call-To-Action button such as “Buy Now” or “Add To Cart”. This can decrease the potential conversion. You can consider adding those buttons.
Also, there is now no visual difference between the product name and description. They have the same font and format, which can make your information less attractive.
Current media: There is no CTA button
Suggestion: Examples of how the product list should be
PRODUCT PAGE
1. Add More Product Media
Similar to my suggestion for your home page, I think you should add more photos of your art being hung in different rooms. The product media now appears a bit monotonic and lacks visual captivation.
2. Add The Shipping & Returning Information
This information can be very important. The more transparent your policy is to the purchasing process, the more you can gain trust and support from your customers.
Example of shipping and returning information on the product page.
3. Add The Unique Selling Point
This will be your powerful tool in convincing visitors to be your actual customers. You can offer anything that your business is doing better than the competitors. Whether it is a reasonable price, better quality, or customer service, just highlight them on your product page.
Running Promotions
Promotions are always a great tactic to boost your conversion rate. As the Mother’s Day holiday approaches, why not run a campaign to engage your potential customers and get the actual conversion? Using these tips will guarantee that you utilize the occasion.
1. Showcase Seasonal Hero Banner
The tip is to select gentle pastel hues like lavender, baby blue, light pink, and mint green. They are Ideal for celebrating Mother’s day, these hues arouse sentiments of warmth, love, and tenderness.

2. Offer Free Gift-Wrapping Service
You can suggest your customers purchase art as a perfect gift for their mothers. Along with that, a free service of wrapping gifts will be a perfect match to boost your conversion rate.
Example from our premade template - Crystal Mother S Day:
I hope that my suggestions will be helpful for you.
