Hi @DarkShadow ,
This is Amelia at PageFly - Shopify Advanced Page Builder app.
Congrats on your new store! Your store looks stunning and professional, and I can tell you’ve put in a lot of effort. I’d love to give you my suggestions as hereby:
1. Highlight CTA buttons
A primary call to action button is one of the important things for a home page of an online store. With this button, you will redirect customers to the page you want them to take action mostly. It can redirect to a collection page, or a product page, etc. This button’s color is not so eye-catching because it is the same color as the other text, you can try another color for it.
Or you can adjust content for the button as: Shop Now, Discover Now, …
2. Adjust content in product list section
For the best clarity, please ensure the product title and price in the product details are aligned properly and also on mobile view. After that, you can make the title and price more attention-grabbing by increasing their size and using vibrant colors.
3. Avoid blank space on the page
Please take a look at this spacing and consider adding more product details in this spacing on laptop view:
A well-crafted heading can spark curiosity and interest, encouraging users to explore further and engage with the content within the section. It plays a crucial role in capturing and retaining the user’s attention. You can make adjustments to its font size and color as per your requirements.
5. Highlight the announcement bar
The announcement bar is typically used to convey critical information or updates to visitors. By highlighting it, you ensure that the message stands out and is easily noticed by your shoppers.

These are some suggestions for improving the design.

Hey Darkshadow,
Thank you for reaching out to the Shopify Community! I love that you are selling a niche. I am going to break down feedback into multiple sections as I do with my clients:
First: Value Proposition
I want you to think about how your leather garments are better than that of your competitors. Feel free to go through the other top competitors in your space. Is it your quality, is it cheap, is it the unique designs? Why should your visitor buy from you? Since your average Order value is >60-100, I will do this in terms of quality.
Second: User-Centric Approach
The goal of your website should be to convey your value proposition. If we are going for quality, the user should understand that your website sells very high-quality leather garments within seconds of coming to your website.
Which, at the moment, is not there.
Site Breakdown:
HomePage:
Navigation Header: I like the options you have.
Hero Section: This section is critical. Here are things you can change:
Men’s clothing section
Are your flagship products men’s clothing or women’s clothing? If you want to keep both, divide featured products accordingly. Also, you need to clean up the title of these products.
Missing Social Proof Another concept we utilize in CRO and Psychology is “Social Proof.” We subconsciously trust a product when a third person tells us it is good. You must add Social proof (Ratings, reviews etc.) to the home page.
Collections Pages
Add filters
Default Sort By should be best selling
Clean up Titles
Add Social Proof
Add “Best Sellers” tags to your best sellers
Product Page Add Social Proof
“Add to Cart” button should be below the quantity section Add bullet point benefits Talk about material, shipping, etc.
Miscellaneous:
Data-Driven Approach:
What did the buyers do in 1800-2000 sessions? Did they click on certain pages and drop off? Did they add to cart? Do you have all the analytics set up? That can be helpful to see what pages you need to work on.
After implementing these best practices, make sure you analyze data from Google Analytics + Hotjar. Keep reiterating what is not working.
I spent 5-10 minutes on your website, and this is what I found.
If you want me to do a complimentary full teardown, feel free to reach out to me via DM or email.
