I went to your website and it seems very confusing! I couldn’t find any real contact details, email address, phone number, company name, your exact location, which country you are from and a more precise location, including a postal address.
The Home and Catalog buttons are useless, they don’t lead anywhere, when I click on them the result is that you don’t have any products in the store.
When I finally find your products in Product categories, they can’t be ordered from many countries, even though you say you ship World Wide to different locations. You need to learn how to put products in stock, how to make collections, how to make market areas and set the correct shipping for each country you ship to.
The first problem with your store I see is this: the store is not 100% functional and misleads you, plus as a new buyer I have no idea who I’m buying from, or even what country you’re from.
What I think is important: first of all, the store should be as simple as possible, all the mini-menus should be functional and you should have contact and location details that are as accurate as possible. Don’t pay attention to the messages from “shopify specialists” they are just scams they don’t help you at all, they just want to take your money.
After you make a functional store, you will have to promote your store to a target audience, no one will find your store by chance.
The first thing you need to do is index your store in Google Search Console, this way you become visible on Google in searches, a big plus! After 10 days of indexing, I already have products that appear on Google, some right on the first page or even in the first position.
Otherwise I can’t help you with any other advice, I’m just starting out, and… like you… I haven’t made a sale yet after 2 weeks of opening the store. But at least I have a functional store and my products already appear on Google in searches. Let’s hope for the best! Success!!!
