Can’t see recents payments nor have I received any

I’m sorry to hear about your issue. Could you tell me a bit more about the issue you’re experiencing? Have you received orders on your online store but are unable to locate the payments from them? If that is the case, in your Shopify admin on the order page, I would check out the order timeline which will show how the customer paid, that way you can check where that money should be.
