Hi there.
I have store that is using the Venture theme. For the contact us page, I used the built-in contact form template.
While the page has been set up without any issues, whenever a customer fills up the contact form and presses on submit. They get a captcha and once they fill the captcha, the confirmation message is showed.
However, we aren’t receiving the message on our end in e-mail, nor is there a way to check the submissions for the contact form in the admin panel either.
My domain is a GoDaddy domain and it has been authenticated too.
General settings already has the e-mail set to where I wanna receive the e-mail.
I need help with this.
