Why am I not receiving customer emails from my contact form?

Hi there.

I have store that is using the Venture theme. For the contact us page, I used the built-in contact form template.

While the page has been set up without any issues, whenever a customer fills up the contact form and presses on submit. They get a captcha and once they fill the captcha, the confirmation message is showed.

However, we aren’t receiving the message on our end in e-mail, nor is there a way to check the submissions for the contact form in the admin panel either.

My domain is a GoDaddy domain and it has been authenticated too.

General settings already has the e-mail set to where I wanna receive the e-mail.

I need help with this.

Have you activated the Google search console for your domain?

I haven’t.

However, I do receive other types of mails like order confirmations and messages sent through the customer page.

What relation does the Google Search Console have with form submission mails?

Check your spam. An unverified domain on the Google Search Console can have problems with spam mails all the time.

The domain has been verified with Google Search Console and I’ve already checked the spam folder. I still don’t see it there.
