For some reason I am receiving messages for custom quotes but not when the “Contact Us” link is used. It should be the same email address and I am using the “contact” theme in my settings. What could be wrong? When testing it, I get the confirmation that the message was sent but I never receive the actual message from myself “the fake customer”.
