Hi,
I recently requested to transfer my domain from Wix to Shopify. I paid the additional year for my domain through Shopify since I transferred my domain. I have not received the confirmation email yet to confirm the transfer so the transfer process can begin. The domain says Connected SSL Pending. There is no status shown in the transfer process down below my domains page.

Ted here from Shopify, thanks for posting your query and for sharing the URL!
It sounds as though the domain is in an “awaiting transfer” state, which is perfectly normal. It can take up to 20 days for the transfer to be completed as mentioned here so if you have only just actioned the request - this is likely why you are still seeing the domain in a pending state. When did you initiate the transfer?
