Why am I not receiving my export orders and inventory via email?

i have a problem with any export like ( orders , inventory) i do an export but i dint received it by email

i have the problem when yesterday

I understand you’re not receiving an email after exporting your orders, inventory etc via a CSV file. I’d like to gather as much context as I can to troubleshoot effectively.

Could you provide more information on the following:

  • When did you start the CSV export?
  • Can you ensure you’re checking the store contact email address? This can be located under Settings > Store details > Contact information.
  • Are you receiving other Shopify emails (payout, order notifications, contact us form) or other external emails on the store contact email address?
  • Have you tried checking your spam and junk folder?

As an additional troubleshooting method, can you check if there are any special characters in your store name under Settings > Store Details? If so, you’ll need to remove any special characters.

Lastly, I would like to advise that the larger the CSV file, the longer it can take. Possibly up to 24 hours.
