Hey so i’ve made two sales and I still haven’t received them in my bank account.
I signed up for paymentwall and my status for the project is still “pending”
Any idea why this doesn’t go through or what I can do to receive my payments?
I don’t see any payout schedule or anything which shows how much I am due in total?
Please help!

Apologies for the delay in getting back to you. No one likes waiting for that all-important payout! So I completely understand your concern.
When it comes to getting paid, how long it takes for a payout to reach your bank could depend on a number of factors. For example, the payment gateway itself may have its own process and rules and of course, your bank may also have its own steps in place that means your payout takes a few days before it is actually deposited in your account.
You mentioned that you’re using Paymentwall, which is a third-party payment gateway, so I had a little look and found their supporting documentation about payouts. They say that:
On average, we send payouts once or twice a month, and for high processing volumes on a bi-weekly, weekly, or custom T+ schedule.
