and a few days ago the same thing happened the amount never showed up all the banking info in correct I’m not sure what to do

I appreciate the context that you have shared with us as that is very helpful. I can definitely understand the importance of receiving your payout! In order for us to look into the payouts further, we will need to authenticate you for the store in question. Since we cannot authenticate you over our Community Forums due to the sensitivity of information that would need to be shared, it would be best and more secure to login to your store using our Contact Us page.
Once you successfully login to your store, you will directed to the Help Center - type in what you would like to get assistance with and search for related articles. You should then see the option to Get Support located below the search results.
