I understand that you’re having trouble receiving the SMS authentication code when trying to log in to your Shopify account.
Have you made sure the device the phone number is associated with is working as normal, and can send and receive other SMS messages? It’s worth checking that the device has adequate network signal.
If you have access to the recovery codes on your account then you can try using one of those to login. Alternatively, you may have added a backup authentication method that you can use?
