I did a test order from my site and just wanted to see how it all worked and processed. When I placed the order using a spare email I have. I did not get an order confirmation email. And the email I have on file with my account did not get a email notification saying i had an order placed on my site. Do I have something wrong on my notifications? I have deleted my email and entered it again, that has not worked. I did the self test button and that did not work. Im launching my site tomorrow and want to. Make sure my customers do not have any problems. Thank you

- Do these emails end up in your spam/junk folder?
- Have you tried deleting and re-adding yourself in the staff order notification settings?
Deleting and then re-adding the staff email address, would normally help in instances where your email host hasn’t properly configured your mailing address to receive Shopify emails. This is because the deletion and re-addition of a staff notification email address triggers the proper creation of notification subscriptions from our end. In the case that this doesn’t work, however, our internal Support Team can also be contacted to troubleshoot further, as we’ll be able to take a closer look at your account and the email address from our end.
