Why am I not receiving order notifications anymore?

Hi,

Can someone help me solve a problem as none of our recipients that should receive order notifications don’t really receive them anymore for about 2 weeks. Even when I try to receive a “test notification”, nothing comes to my email.

I recommend you to email directly to Shopify’s Technical support. They should assist you with the issue!
