I have got this warning and I messaged customer service and they said to check the email. I have received no email about this and it has been more than 24hrs and all they keep saying is they will send out a new email but I am waiting but still haven’t received anything.

To confirm, did our advisor team mention this when you connected with us? If so, I recommend checking your spam and junk folders to ensure that any sent emails didn’t end up there.
