Hello, I am not receiving staff email notifications when a customer creates an order. For some emails it works but for my specific email address not. I was trying to send testing email, nothing arrived into my input box. Who can help me with that? I need to find working solutions ASAP, the settings is properly set, the email box is working too.

I’m also not receiving exported customer segments via email.
