I am trying to reactivate my old account which as been inactive for more than 3 months. After I click login, a pop-up appears saying that, to unlock my account, I must enter the ten-digit code sent to lenzzi@lenzzistore.com The problem is I never seem to receive the 10-digit code. Why is this happening? I have requested the code many times, the only email I receive is one saying “A login attempt has been made for the first time in a while, if you didn’t make this change please contact Shopify Support” and that’s it, no code, no nothing. Can you help me get back my store? Thanks

Generally, if an account has been inactive/not logged into for 3 months or more, a 10-digit verification code is sent to the email on file. The purpose of this code is to verify account owner access and adds an additional layer of store security.
To regain access to your account, you can create a support ticket via the Shopify Help Center so our internal team can assist you. For better visibility, I’ll share the steps below.

- Head over to the Shopify Help Center.
- Since you’re unable to log into your account, select I don’t have an account.
- Select Account > Logging in from the topics provided.
- On the following page scroll down to Get Support to view our contact options.
