Why am I not receiving verification emails after domain transfer?

Hi there,

I am having trouble going live with my Shop. I transferred my domain to Shopify from my previous host, so now I wanted to go live and use my domain and it asked me to Verify my domain via my email address that is connected to my domain but I am not receiving any message on that email to verify. Ever since I transferred the domain no emails come through and now I cannot go live with my Shop.
