Why am I seeing a 500 error on my store's collection pages?

Since the past couple of day we are seeing a 500 error on our store off and on. The error is attached along

  • There is no new code that we have updated
  • There are new apps that we have integrated.
  • The traffic on our site has increased, as we have a sale going on

Has anyone has seen this or has any idea what could the reason be for this?

Talking to the Shopify support has yielded no results.

Looking forward to some valuable advice.
