Trying to access my site this afternoon and getting 500 internal server error. Unable to access both site and admin portal

it says
We are investigating an issue preventing web traffic to our servers
well let us hope it gets resolved soon

Same here - we just sent out a email with offers to all our subscribersā¦ what a flop
Iām in the same boat. Canāt even contact shopify support! Not happy

I keep getting Server errors when I am working on products and now I am getting āfailed with 500 Internal Server Errorā I have no idea why this is happening or how to fix it.

Strange thing: when I checked the status page I posted above it said they have a known issue preventing traffic to their servers. Acessing the same page now says all systems are up and running but nothing works still on my endā¦
Hi, the problem is very large and it concerns Cloudflare DNS
I have error 500 please help as i jave a sale on and no live store

Our company is experiencing the exact error as well. Does anyone know when the server will recover?
Thatās good news. Customers can now access both my sites, but I still canāt get into the backend. Fingers crossed it wonāt take too long

Issue is solved now.

My store seems to be working now - had the admin too but now Admin is not working.
There was a major outage and now things are normal.
