Why am I seeing a black screen when loading any page after app deletion?

Pls… Help me out, i’m in panic…

Today i tried to install “Loadify Preloader App” and then delete it.

But anyway I have like a glitch preloader on my site.

When i try to go on any page - there is a 1-2second black screen.

I use Dawn theme. Link for my site: https://neroshop.ru/

I really need ur help guys. Tell me how to remove this, please…

To try replicating the error, I navigated to your store, clicked through each navigation menu and page and did not experience the 1-2 second black screen. You mentioned that you’ve uninstalled the app and are still seeing the 1-2 second black screen. Below, I’ll list a few troubleshooting steps you can try to see if the issue persists.

Troubleshooting Steps:

  1. Try previewing your store in a fresh Shopify theme. This can help eliminate any errors as a fresh theme will have no app code or edits applied to it. You can navigate to your Shopify admin, Online Store > Themes > Theme Library section and select Explore free themes.
  2. Rolling back your theme code to an older unedited version of your theme.

Since you mentioned you’re using Dawn theme, if you’re on the Basic Shopify Plan or higher, you can use up to 60 minutes of design time in 15 minute increments. Design time is allotted to merchants using a free theme from Shopify, on a supported plan and are eligible for the 60 minutes design time.
