I have looked at the images you have shared here but unfortunately I could not find any liquid variable which can cause such an error.
There is a possibility that the variable might have been somewhere declared in a snippet, or might be declared in some static section of the theme.
So if possible can you grant me the collaborator access so that I can figure out the actual file that is causing the error.
