Hi. I am getting an error on my website homepage https://www.gabadoo.com/. It is only happening on desktop and not on mobile. I removed the Add to Cart button the other day and had no issues for the first few days. I have rolled back the code to Original and it is still coming up so not sure if that’s the issue.
The error reads ‘www.gabadoo.com says Server Error, try again’
When I click okay the website works fine but it comes up every time I navigate back to the homepage.
I have spent some time navigating your site on a desktop myself, but I was unable to replicate your issue where you see the server error. This tells me that you’re likely having an issue that may be resolved through some local troubleshooting steps, so I recommend you give this a go:
Clear your Google Chrome browser cache and cookies by following these steps here and try to check again.
Reset your internet - network errors can often lead to similar issues.
Check that your browser does not need an update the following way, - an out of date browser can have similar errors come up.
Let me know what you find after trying this and if the error still comes up! If it does, please be sure to include a screenshot of what you’re seeing also.
On another note, as I was browsing your store I noticed that you have done a lot of work in building it and you have achieved a very clean and professional look. Are you currently advertising to get new customers in? If not, I have some resources below that would set you up on the right path for this:
Thanks for your reply. I found what the issue is I think and managed to clear it. I had gotten some code from another discussion on this forum to remove the Add to Cart button. It was working fine for a few days but then started getting that issue. I removed the code and the issue seemed to clear. I have added the same code back in and all seems okay again but keeping an eye on it.
