I appreciate the screenshot of the error message that you have received as that is very helpful! Could you try to clear the cache on your browser and try the action once again? In some cases, this can clear up mirror issues that you may experience in the Shopify admin.
If the issue persists, could you attempt the action on a separate browser, by any chance? For example, if you are experiencing this issue on Safari - try this Google Chrome.
