The snippet is likely from removing an app from your store which left some code behind in your theme. If you’re still seeing it then I would recommend checking the coding of your theme. The code is likely in your theme.liquid file near the bottom or at the very top. You can access your theme.liquid file by going to Online Store/Themes/Actions/Edit Code.
