Why am I seeing a 'too many attempts' error when recovering my password?

I was getting this error when I recover the password button and clicked on it 2 times then it’s given me an error.

This error usually appears when, you’ve exceeded the rate limit for requests to the Shopify server. Are you trying to log in into the Shopify Partner’s portal?

We cannot disable the throttle, however please allow more than one hour to pass before attempting to log in again and also try clearing your cache as mentioned on this page. When you do log in again, take extra care to enter the correct account credentials.
