What does this mean? I have seen this for several weeks now when trying to view the abandoned checkouts for my store!

It looks like you’re viewing your abandoned checkouts via the Shopify mobile app on an iOS device, is that correct?
If this is the case, we’re currently seeing issues surrounding this, where abandoned checkouts are inaccessible for some users of our mobile app. Our developers are aware of the issues and are still currently working on a solution. For now however, there are some workarounds that you can follow to access your store’s abandoned checkouts on your end:
- Within the app’s list of abandoned checkouts, you can press and hold a listing to see the actions available.
- You can use your mobile devices’ native browsers, such as Safari or Chrome.
- You can also still access your abandoned checkouts on desktop, via a computer or laptop.
We appreciate your patience while our developers continue to work on pushing out a fix from our end! In the meantime, in case you’re still getting a few abandoned checkouts here and there and would like to minimize this as much as possible, you can look into offering incentives through your abandoned checkout emails.
