If you’re looking for a quick - but messy - fix you can head to your theme editor and make a new snippet called “SEO-with-JSON-LD-Article-Collection.liquid”. Make sure the file is completely blank and save it.
The error will go away but the drawback is you’d have some extra code and that blank snippet in a theme that should really be cleaned up properly.
I would suggest asking the app dev to consider removing the code for you as it sounds like it wasn’t entirely removed.
This error, “Liquid error: Could not find asset snippets/SEO-with-JSON-LD-Article-Collection.liquid”, here means there existed a liquid file named SEO-with-JSON-LD-Article-Collection.liquid before, but it does not exist in your theme content currently.
